At Fleemu, our vision is simple: to make property discovery and property advertising more open, accessible and inclusive for everyone.
We believe the property market should not be designed only for people looking for expensive houses, luxury apartments or high-end commercial spaces. Millions of people have simpler needs and smaller budgets — and they deserve visibility too.
Fleemu is being built as an open property platform for very low, low and middle-income earners majorly, while also welcoming high-income property seekers and property owners.
Whether someone is looking for a ₦50,000 annual rental space, a modest self-contained apartment, a family home, a shop for a small business, student accommodation, land, or a more sophisticated property — Fleemu wants to provide a place where they can search, discover, enquire and connect.
We accept all types of property
Fleemu is intentionally broad. We don't want to decide that a property is "too small", "too ordinary" or "too affordable" to belong on a property platform. If a person can legitimately live in it, work from it, operate a business from it, use it, rent it, lease it or acquire it — it may have a place on Fleemu.

One of Fleemu's major goals is to give visibility to properties that conventional platforms overlook. A person searching for a Boys' Quarters, self-con, batcher, Face-Me-I-Face-You apartment, roadside kiosk, shop container, small shop or affordable student accommodation should never feel that online property platforms are not meant for them.
Equally, someone with a higher budget should be able to use Fleemu to find a bungalow, duplex, estate property, commercial building or land.

Our vision for property seekers

Instead of moving from one agent to another, digging through scattered WhatsApp groups or visiting properties that don't match, Fleemu creates a more organised way to move through the journey.
And when a seeker cannot find what they need, Fleemu's Property Needs system lets them tell the platform what they are looking for, so their need can reach relevant listers, representatives and owners.
