What you will need
- Your name, phone number and email
- Property type, location and asking price
- Clear photos of the property
- Certificate of Occupancy (or deed / survey / receipt you hold)
- A signed authority to let or authority to sell
How you are protected
- Every agent submits a registration certificate, government ID and referees before approval.
- Ownership documents are stored privately and are only visible to Fleemu's verification team.
- Your phone number is never published — seekers reach the assigned agent first.
- You can request a reassignment if an agent is unresponsive or unprofessional.
