Acceptable Use Policy
These rules keep Landlord.com safe for every tenant, landlord and agent. Violations may lead to warnings, suspension or account termination.
Rule 1
No fake or misleading listings
Do not post properties you don't own or aren't authorized to let. Photos must reflect the actual home.
Rule 2
No fraud, scams or unauthorized fees
No deposits before viewing or visiting the property, and no 'processing fees' are permitted. Do not pay any money to property owners before a face-to-face meeting. Staff of Landlord.com will not call you to collect payment of any kind — Landlord.com does not collect money from prospective Seekers.
Rule 3
No harassment or discrimination
Landlord.com is open to everyone. Discrimination based on tribe, religion, gender, disability or family status is banned.
Rule 4
Respect privacy
Do not share other users' personal information. Follow NDPR guidelines when handling tenant data.
Rule 5
No spam or manipulation
Do not create duplicate accounts, boost fake reviews or scrape the platform.
Rule 6
No illegal activity
Content promoting illegal activity, unsafe housing or exploitation will be removed and reported.
